At GE Appliances, we stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return window for most products to ensure your home is equipped with the quality you expect. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- 2.Prepare the Unit
Ensure the appliance is clean, disconnected, and securely placed in its original packaging with all included manuals and accessories.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For large appliances, our specialized logistics team will contact you to schedule a home pickup; for small appliances, drop off your package at an authorized shipping center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
